How do I get paid?

You accumulate Points or other prizes for nearly every survey. Usually, Points will be added to your account. You can access your My Account page by clicking on the Login link from the American Consumer Opinion® homepage and typing in your email address and password. You will then be able to view your Points.

Points are collected in your account until you are ready to redeem them for cash (U.S. Canada) , Hyperwallet funds, PayPal funds, for an entry into a sweepstakes (U.S.), or a donation to a charity. To redeem Points via a cash-out request, go to the Cash Out option located on the My Account page.

If you request a check, please be sure your mailing address is up to date. Log in to your account, and then click on the Update Contact Information link to verify that your personal information is correct.

If you request payment via PayPal, be sure that the email address associated with your American Consumer Opinion® account is the same as the email address that is associated with your PayPal account. If the email addresses do not match, you can add the correct email address to your personal PayPal account.
