How do I redeem my Points?

You earn Points or cash or prizes for nearly every survey. Usually, Points will be added to your account.

You can access your My Account page by clicking on the Login button in the upper right corner of the American Consumer Opinion® homepage and typing in your email address and password. You will then be able to view the amount of Points you have accumulated.

Points are collected in your account until you are ready to redeem them for a check (U.S./Canada, Hyperwallet funds, PayPal funds, for an entry into a sweepstakes (U.S.), or a donation to a charity. You must have at least 1,000 Points in your account to cash out.

To redeem Points via a cash-out request, click on the Cash Out option located on the My Account page.

If you request a check, please be sure your mailing address is up to date. Log in to your account, and then click on the Update Contact Information link to verify that your personal information is correct.
